Well it looks like I've made it through the first week. Sweet :)
I will confess that yoga was a little more difficult today. Drinking and smoking last night and eating delicious breaded fried chicken before bed made the practice a bit tougher, haha. I think I just sweat out about a gallon of toxins though so that's cool.
Time to get some water in me, yummy breakfast and get back into the studio. Updates later on!
